لجنة أممية تدين مجزرة نابلس.. وطالبت باتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة ودولية لحماية الشعب الفلسطيني

نيويورك: أدان مكتب لجنة الأمم المتحدة المعنية بممارسة الشعب الفلسطيني لحقوقه غير القابلة للتصرف، التوغل الإسرائيلي في نابلس بالضفة الغربية المحتلة والذي أسفر عن مقتل 11 فلسطينيًا بينهم رجل مسن وقاصر وإصابة 100 فلسطيني.
 
وقال المكتب في بيان له يوم الجمعة، "نشعر بقلق عميق إزاء دورات العنف المميتة والخسائر غير المعقولة في أرواح المدنيين، وخاصة الفلسطينيين والتي تستمر في الازدياد".

وشدد المكتب على ضرورة المساءلة عن جميع السياسات والتدابير الإسرائيلية غير القانونية في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشرقية.
 
كما رحب المكتب بجهود المنسق الخاص للأمم المتحدة لعملية السلام في الشرق الأوسط ، تور وينسلاند ، مع جميع الأطراف المعنية لتهدئة الوضع.

وطالب المكتب، مجلس الأمن باتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة ودولية لحماية الشعب الفلسطيني.
 
وأكد على ضرورة وقف تصعيد العنف وإيجاد حل عادل وسلمي للنزاع يؤدي إلى إنهاء غير مشروط للاحتلال الإسرائيلي غير الشرعي وإقامة حل الدولتين ، مع تحقيق استقلال وسيادة الدولة الفلسطينية، على أساس خطوط 1967 ، وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية ، وإعمال حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني غير القابلة للتصرف ، بما في ذلك تقرير المصير ، وإيجاد حل عادل لمحنة اللاجئين الفلسطينيين في سياق حقهم في العودة ، بما يتماشى مع قرارات الأمم المتحدة والقانون الدولي والاتفاقيات الثنائية.

UN Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People 

COMMITTEE BUREAU CONDEMNS ISRAELI EXTREME VIOLENCE IN NABLUS AND CALLS FOR PALESTINIANS' PROTECTION. 
 
Following is a statement by the General Assembly Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People, issued today: 
 
The Bureau of the United Nations General Assembly's Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People condemns the Israeli forces' raid in Nablus in the occupied West Bank that killed 11 Palestinians, including an elderly man and a minor, and injured 100 Palestinians to date.
 
 The Bureau is deeply concerned by the deadly cycles of violence and the senseless loss of civilian lives, mainly Palestinians, which keep growing. The Bureau stresses the need for accountability for all illegal Israeli policies and measures in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem.
 
 The Bureau welcomes UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, Tor Wennesland's engagement with all concerned parties to de-escalate the situation. The Bureau appeals for urgent Security Council and international action to protect the Palestinian people.
 
 The Bureau reiterates the need for a de-escalation of violence and a just and peaceful resolution of the conflict leading to the unconditional end to Israel's illegal occupation and establishing a two-State solution, with the achievement of the independence and sovereignty of the Palestinian State based on the 1967 lines, with East Jerusalem as capital, and the realization of the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people, including to self-determination, and a just solution for the plight of the Palestine refugees in the context of their right of return, in line with UN resolutions, international law and bilateral agreements.
